At Poojamart, we take utmost care in preparing and delivering your pooja essentials. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the sacred and perishable nature of some products, opened pooja items, consumables (e.g., ghee, camphor, incense, food offerings), and customized pooja kits cannot be returned.

Damaged / Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval of the return.
